Cucumber sweet lassi is a yogurt based drink which is amazing especially during summer time. Make it in easy steps.
Sweet Cucumber Lassi
- 1/2 Cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 4 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
Blend all ingredients till smooth, chill it and enjoy!!
If you want lassi to be really thick, avoid adding water.
