Guava Apple Smoothie is one of my little boys favorite smoothie which has the goodness of guava and sweetness of apple. Fruits are always good for health. It contains several vital vitamins and minerals. It also helps in building a stronger immune system. You must have heard the popular saying – “An Apple a day keeps the doctor away”.

Guava Apple Smoothie
Recipe Type: Drinks

Ingredients
  • 1 Guava (chopped)
  • 1 Apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
  • Skimmed Milk /low fat milk – 2 cups (vegans can use almond milk)
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder – 1/4 tsp
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth and enjoy!
Notes
You can de-seed guava before blending. This smoothie tends to thicken if you refrigerate and I would suggest to consume immediately.[br]Adjust sugar according to your taste.
