Its a custom in our household to prepare many snacks and sweets for Diwali. One of the most popular snack for diwali in my house is kara boondi. It is just not diwali but I make it often as it loved by everyone. Kara Boondi is another easy snack which is popular all over India. We all just love to munch on it and you can also use plain boondi for making raita or as a dressing for dahi vada or add them in any other snack. I should warn you that they are very addictive! Once you start munching on them, you can’t stop yourself unless the whole bowl is finished. So, sharing a step-wise recipe to make this addictive snack and hope you all try it at home and share the feedback.
