You can adjust sugar according to your taste. You can serve chai in evening qith some snacks like chakli or pakoda.

Ginger Tea
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp tea leaves
Instructions

Add water and grated ginger. Bring it to a boil and let the ginger infuse for a minute.

Add the tea leaves and boil for another minute till the colour deepens. Pour in the milk and add sugar. Let the chai boil on medium flame stirring occasionally.
