Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp tea leaves

Instructions

  1. Add water and grated ginger. Bring it to a boil and let the ginger infuse for a minute.

  2. Add the tea leaves and boil for another minute till the colour deepens. Pour in the milk and add sugar. Let the chai boil on medium flame stirring occasionally.

  3. Switch off the flame, strain into a cup, and enjoy hot.
