You can make these spinach corn cutlets for evening snacking or even for breakfast. It is so easy to put together and made with simple ingredients from you kitchen.
I usually serve it with some Sweet Imli Chutney or tomato ketchup. These spinach corn cutlets are loved by my family and I’m sure you will love it too!
Spinach Corn Cutlet
Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1/2 cup Sweet corn boiled
- 1 Potato boiled and mashed
- 2 Bread slices
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp vegetable Oil
Instructions

Soak the bread slice in water for few seconds. Squeeze the bread to drain the water completely.

Clean and chop spinach. Boil in some water for 2 minutes and drain the water.

Take a bowl and add spinach, potato, corn, mashed bread, onion, salt, red chilly powder,pepper powder and combine it.

Add cornflour and salt in a separate bowl and make a paste by adding some water to it.

Take the spinach corn mix in your hand and make a ball of it. Lightly flatten it.

Dip in cornflour mix and then dip it in bread crumbs.

Heat frying pan and add 1 tsp oil. Now let the discs cook for a minute on medium heat level.

Turn it, add few drops of oil to all discs and cook the other side too till it turns light brown.

You can serve it with any dip or your choice.
