These cheesy zucchini baked strips are simply irresistible! They are so good that you will see the whole plate getting over within few minutes! Weekends are always hectic for me and I usually have some friends or relatives over for lunch or dinner. So, we keep our tea-time light with a fruit bowl. I do love to have some snack with my cup of ginger tea and enjoy with my private time over a book or just stand in the balcony enjoying some evening breeze. I made these cheesy zucchini strips today and had to share the recipe with you all. They are crispy from outside and soft inside. It is an easy snack or starter which you can enjoy with your evening tea or coffee. So, do try these cheesy zucchini baked strips and you will simply love them!
