Ingredients
- 1 Guava (chopped)
- 1 Apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
- Skimmed Milk /low fat milk – 2 cups (vegans can use almond milk)
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Cinnamon powder – 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth and enjoy!
Notes
You can de-seed guava before blending. This smoothie tends to thicken if you refrigerate and I would suggest to consume immediately.[br]Adjust sugar according to your taste.
