Aam Panna Recipe

Summer is the time to enjoy some refreshing drinks and one of my favorite is Aam panna.  It is an Indian summer drink made with raw mango pulp. I was fortunate to get these “neelam” mangoes from a mango farm. They were still raw, sour and perfect to make aam panna. Summer is meant for mango diet.

Aam panna is a tasty and healthy drink which helps to fight against the intense Indian summer heat. It also quenches your thirst and protects you from heat stroke. So, sharing an easy recipe to make this refreshing drink at home. Do try it out and share your feedback.

Sounds like it might be spicy? I like the taste of mango, though, so maybe I would like it.
