Beetroot Thayir Pachadi

Ingredients
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 Beetroot grated
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida/hing
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- 1 Sprig Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Idhayam Sesame Oil
Instructions

Add curd in a bowl. Whisk it and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp Idhayam Sesame oil in a pan.

Add mustard seeds and let it crackle.

Add asfoetida, chopped green chilli, curry leaves.

Add this tempering in the whisked curd.

Add salt to taste, grated beetroot and mix well and serve.
