Aloo Bhindi Ki Sabzi Recipe
Ingredients
- 250 gm Bhindi/okra chopped
- 2 potatoes peeled & chopped
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
- 1 Green chilli finely chopped
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Amchur powder/dry mango powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Groundnut oil
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let it crackle.

Add onion, green chilli, curry leaves and sauté till translucent.

Add chopped okra & potato.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, dry mango powder, garam masala and stir-fry for few more minutes on high flame.

Now add salt and mix well. Serve it warm with roti.
