Neer dosa is a rice crepe served for breakfast with chutney. I’m sharing a recipe today with a video to make Neer dosa at home. Neer means water. The batter is so watery which makes the dosa thin and lacy.
Check out the Neer dosa recipe video:
Neer dosa is a famous breakfast of Mangalore, India. In Tamil Nadu, it is also known as verum arisi dosa. The best part about this dosa is that the batter doesn’t need any fermentation. You can start making Neer dosa immediately. I have served with chutney but you enjoy it simply with some coconut milk and jaggery too. Click here to check out chutney recipes.
