This looks delicious! I love cucumbers and you can’t be tomatoes when they’re nice and ripe! I’ll definitely be making this soon πŸ™‚

We make kachumber a lot. It is so easy. I usually don’t add mint but I love that addition for next time.

This looks so fresh and tasty! I make something similar in the summer with red and yellow peppers added to the cucumber and tomatoes. Yummy!

This looks wonderful, I will have to try it. I love any type of chilie, whether it’s green, red, whatever – do you have a specific type you use such as New Mexican Green Chilie or an Anaheim? What do you or your readers suggest?

I would suggest to use Mexican green chillies which are medium hot πŸ™‚
