I made a simple sweet cucumber lassi today with some cucumbers and yogurt. It really turned out very refreshing and cooling for this summer. Cucumbers are low on calorie and good source of dietary fiber. I love these earthen pots and love to have tea or smoothies in them. Sweet Cucumber Lassi

- 1 Cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 4 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
