Curd rice is one of my ultimate comfort food. Sometimes you just need something simple and light to have for lunch or dinner. Curd rice always comes handy and curd is a good source of protein too.
We call it thayir sadam in Tamil Nadu. Thayir means curd and sadam means rice. I just love adding pomegranate to curd rice but you can totally avoid it too. You can also try making coconut rice from my blog. So, try this curd rice recipe and share your feedback.
