Mangoes are so very tasty. I was on a huge mango eating run two years ago. I bet they would make great icecream. How hot is it where you live? Do Indians eat icecream made from milk? Some countries are not big on dairy… like Korea. But milk and cheese is gaining in popularity.

I personally don't eat milk and dairy often. Maybe one meal a week. I do indulge in homemade organic sour cream and yogurt though! Are foods considered "organic" in your country?

This looks so easy, and so good! And the color is really amazing! I'm going to try this, as soon as I can get my hands on some mangos. I wonder if you could do the same thing with pineapple?

I love how this recipe requires so little ingredients. I made strawberry ice cream not too long ago and it was basically the same thing. I will definitely be trying this recipe because I love mangoes!!

Any way to get this translated into US measurements? I have no clue what a gram equals. I went on-line, and could not find a site that did not want to charge me for the information, lol. Really?

Ms. Shiva can this be put into an electric ice cream maker using the makers time guidelines, and blended only once with the maker?? Thank you for your time in answering πŸ™‚

This ice cream is so good. I don’t have an ice cream maker so I’m always looking for recipes that don’t require it. It turns out great after the 4 hours in the freezer.
