Summer is here and all I can think of is having something to drink whole day. This Watermelon lemonade definitely helps in quenching my thirst and keeping me cool too! It is super easy to make and one of the best drinks to enjoy during summertime.

Like everyone, I’m also hoping that this lockdown phase gets over soon. It is sad to to hear about the lives which have been lost due to this viscous corona virus. Hope keeps us all running. watermelon lemonade
Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon chopped
- 2 Lemons big ones
- 4 cups Chilled Water
- 8 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Rock Salt
- 2 sprig Mint leaves for garnishing
- 8 Ice cubes
Instructions

Powder the sugar. Add watermelon and sugar in your blender and blitz it. Strain it.

Squeeze the lemons for the juice.

Add chilled water, lemon juice, watermelon juice, rock salt and ice cubes in a pitcher. Mix it well.

Pour it in glasses, add more ice cubes and garnish it with mint to serve.
Recipe Notes
Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
You can add few leaves of mint while you blend watermelon to take out its juice.
If you like the pulp of watermelon in your lemonade, deseed, juice it and use it.
