Food provides us the fuel we need to run our day actively. Food also provides us comfort and even an emotional connect. We can easily relate to food when we think of our favorite times. Masala pori is one of my comfort food as I love snacking on it with a cup of Chai. You can actually imagine me enjoying my evening reading a book and snacking on Masala pori.

It is a very popular snack and also known as Murmura namkeen in North India. Murmura namkeen is a snack made with puffed rice and it is perfect for tea-time snacking. I used Idhayam Mantra groundnut oil to make it. You can also check out other snacks from my blog like Cornflakes Namkeen or Shakkarpara
