Cornflakes Namkeen is a crunchy snack to enjoy for tea-time. You can also make it for special occasions like Deepawali. It is usually made with raw cornflakes which you can deep fry or roast and make a snack of it. Here’s an easy method using Kellogg’s cornflakes.

Check out the quick video to make Cornflakes mixture:

I have used Idhayam Mantra pure and natural groundnut oil to make this snack. I’m happy that me and my family have moved away from using refined oil for cooking. I love all the products from the house of Idhayam. Click here to check their products.

You can also try Shakkarpara or ribbon pakoda recipe from my blog. I have used Idhayam Mantra groundnut oil to make them and they turned out so well.
