Mango season and prefect time to make some delicious mango kulfi. Only yesterday I was talking to one of my friend who wanted the Mango kulfi recipe and it struck me that I have not made any kulfis this season. I had bought few cute matkas a week back and decided to make some matka kulfis.
Matka kulfi is a famous Indian dessert served in earthenware. I’ve earlier shared a recipe for Mango ice cream and this time I thought of making some Mango Kulfis. Its mango season and I had few ripe Alphonso mangoes in stock. So, sharing the recipe for mango Kulfi with you and hope you enjoy making it and enjoying with family.

Priya, I made kulfi a few days back although I didn't add the cornflour, thickened the milk and added condensed milk, they turned out nice although they weren't as creamy. They were icy..if you know what I mean? Did that happen because of not adding the cornflour.. ??
Yes adding cornflour helps in binding and making it more creamy. You can use riceflour too in place of cornflour
nice blog, keep posting
Thank you 🙂
