This is a very famous powder in South India that is specially made for new mothers. It is a nutritional powder that helps in digestion and curing any stomach upsets. Kind of like the products that unify health labs sells, where it is focused on gut health to help people who suffer from digestive discomfort and upsets. We all have our own way of combating issues and one of these ways is this powder that is quite popular. It is usually mixed with plain steamed rice and ghee is added to it. It has many health benefits and can be consumed by anyone. These are old grandma recipes which have been in our family for a long time. One of my readers requested this recipe and took this recipe from my mother-in-law and sharing with you all. So if you want to give it a try then read the ingredients below and see what you think, it may become a staple in your diet especially if you have constant digestive issues.
