Carrot thayir pachadi is a South Indian Style raita which you can serve with biryani, Pulav or any stuffed paratha. It is very easy to make with very few ingredients.
Just follow this video to make Carrot thayir pachadi:
I have used Traditional, Pure & Natural Idhayam Sesame Oil for tempering. You can also call it carrot raita. Thayir pachadi is very popular in Tamil Nadu, Kerala etc. It is usually made with cucumber but I decided to add carrots. It is healthy and loved this variation. I totally enjoyed it with Radish Paratha today.
