Early morning meeting and breakfast will fall low in your list of priorities. Well, it is not a good practice to skip the most important meal of the day. If you don’t have time to eat before leaving the house, pack up breakfast in Vaya Drynk and enjoy a healthy breakfast on the go! Coconut Milk Chia Breakfast Pudding is an easy and healthy option and you can top it with seasonal fruits and nuts.
Coconut Milk Chia Breakfast Pudding is easy to prepare too! You can even soak chia seeds overnight in coconut milk. You can use store bought coconut milk or make it at home too. Here are the steps to make coconut milk at home:
- Break one medium size coconut and scrape out the complete coconut. Add freshly scraped coconut and 1 cup of warm water in your blender and blitz it for few seconds. Strain it through a thin muslin cloth to extract the coconut milk. The first lot will be thick milk.
- Now again add the squeezed coconut with 1 cup warm water in your blender, blitz it and extract the second cup of coconut milk which will be thinner compared to the first cup of coconut milk.
I directly soaked the Chia seeds in coconut milk and refrigerated in Vaya Drynk. I’m in love with these thermo flasks as they are so handy! I have shared a detailed review earlier on the blog and 2 summer drinks which you can carry in it – Cold Coffee, Sambaram.
Vaya Drynk comes in 2 sizes – 350 ml and 600 ml and each flask comes with 2 lids and 2 cups. The best part about these thermo flasks is that it keeps the drink cold or hot for 12-15 hours! Isn’t that cool? Click here to check more details and order a Vaya Drynk for yourself. So, check out the recipe and pack your breakfast or your favorite drink in Vaya Drynk and enjoy on the go!

I had no idea that’s how you made coconut milk. I don’t often come across coconuts at the market, but I’ll have to try it next time I do. I love chia pudding too! It’s a great breakfast.
