Makhana matar masala is a creamy curry where puffed lotus seeds and peas are cooked in a creamy tomato gravy with blend of spices. I have already shared two other recipes – Makhana kheer and Makhana Raita using puffed lotus seeds on my blog. This time I wanted to try out a curry and it was loved by my family. This curry can be served with rice or flat bread like phulka, poori, naan etc.
