Idli Dahi chaat is a quick snack which I made yesterday with some leftover idlis. I had made idlis for breakfast and decided to use the leftovers in a different way. I was already in a weekend mood and lazy to make any other snack for evening. These idlis came handy and Idli Dahi chaat turned out delicious!

Idli Dahi Chaat
Prep Time 10 minutes
- 4 Idli chopped into equal pieces
- 1 cup Dahi/ yogurt
- 2 tbsp Tamarind chutney
- 1/2 cup Sev
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
Add yogurt in a bowl and beat it nicely. Add salt, chaat masala and mix it well.
Take a serving bowl, add chopped idlis and top it with yogurt.
Add some pomogrante seeds, sev and sweet tamarind chutney.
Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
