A refreshing summer drink which you can enjoy to beat the heat!
- yogurt/dahi – 1 glass
- Water – 4 glasses
- Grated ginger – 1 tsp
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
- salt to taste
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Mint leaves – 8-10
- Add green chillies, ginger, mint leaves in your blender and blitz it into a smooth paste.
- Now add yogurt, water, salt to taste, asafoetida and blend it.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled. Sprinkle some chaat masala before serving.
You can add more yogurt to make it thicker.
