Masala Chaas
A refreshing summer drink which you can enjoy to beat the heat!
Ingredients
- curd/dahi - 1 glass
- Water - 3 glasses
- Grated ginger - 1 tsp
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- Asafoetida/hing - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp roasted and powdered
- Mint leaves - 8-10
Instructions

Add green chillies, ginger, mint leaves in your blender and blitz it into a smooth paste.

Now add curd, water, salt to taste, asafoetida and blend it.

Refrigerate and serve chilled. Sprinkle some roasted cumin seeds powder before serving.
