I’m sharing a very healthy snack recipe today – Beetroot Spinach Cutlet. I have made these cutlets over a griddle using minimum oil which makes it more healthy. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables is always beneficial and reduces risk of many diseases. One of the biggest challenge as a mom is to make sure that our child is eating properly. I know how stressful it can be but a little planning can always help. I plan a week ahead and stock things during weekend which has been very helpful for me. This way I can avoid running to the market every day which saves time for myself.
These healthy cutlets are made with beetroot and spinach combined with bread and mild spices. you can make them in no time and enjoy with your whole family. My boy loves it too! He calls it it the “red snack” 🙂 ..
