This is a refreshing smoothie with the goodness of Sapodilla, dates and raisins. Sapodilla are rich in natural sugar which gives you instant energy and source of Vitamin C. Dates are also natural energy boosters and rich in iron.
Ingredients:
2 Sapodilla (peeled and chopped)
2 seedless dates
Few raisins
1/2 cup Skimmed Milk
1/2 cup Yoghurt
1 tsp sugar (optional)
Pinch of Cardamom powder
Method:
Microwave dates and raisins in little milk for 1 minute which will make it soft. Add all ingredients in your blender or food processor and blitz it until smooth and enjoy!!
