Its season for mangoes and banana is my all time favorite fruit filled with vitamin and minerals. Bananas also boosts your energy levels, improves your mood and helps reducing stress. So, sharing an easy recipe to make a delicious nutty smoothie.Happy Sunday!!

Ingredients:
1 Banana (peeled and chopped)
1 mango (Peeled and chopped)
1 and 1/2 cup skimmed milk (vegans can use almond milk)
1 tbsp honey (you can also add sugar in place of it)
3 Cashew-nuts
3 Almonds
1 cup Ice-cubes
Method:
1) Soak almonds and cashews in little warm water for few hours. Remove the skin of the almonds and keep it aside.
2) Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth and enjoy!
