Its a lazy day for me but I had to post something for my naughty little one. Banana is his all time favourite fruit and Kiwi is a great combination with it. Kiwi is rich in vitamins, potassium, dietary fibre and magnesium. Bananas helps in digestion, high in vitamin and minerals, boosts your energy levels, improves your mood and helps reducing stress.
Ingredients:
1 chopped banana
2 peeled and chopped kiwi
1/2 cup skimmed milk (vegans can use almond milk)
1 tbsp honey (you can also add sugar in place of it)
Method:
Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth and enjoy!
