After having all sweets and fatty things during weekend, I wanted to have something to cleanse my system. Celery is a great choice if you’re looking to cleanse your system and also if you’re on weight management program. Celery also helps in stress relief and aids in digestion. Carrots are a very good source of Vitamin A which helps in improved vision, cancer prevention and anti-ageing. It also helps in keeping your skin beautiful and glowing.

Ingredients:
2 celery stalks
2 medium size carrots
Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
Blend all ingredients with little drinking water in your blender until smooth and Enjoy!!
Tip: You can add more carrots if you want to make it sweeter or add a pinch of black pepper powder to make it spicy.
