Eggless jackfruit Pancake
Ingredients
- 1 cup Jackfruit chopped
- 1 cup All purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 green cardamom
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions

Grind jackfruit, cardmom and milk together.

Add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder in a mixing bowl. Mix well.

Now add jackfruit paste and mix well.

Heat a griddle for a minute.

Lower the flame, sear some butter and pour a ladle full of batter. Do not spread and let it cook on low flame. You will see holes forming and color changing.

Carefully flip it to the other side and let it cook for 30 seconds.

Serve it warm topped with butter and honey.

These were delicious! I didn’t have cardamon, but I used 1/6th teaspoon cinnamon and 1/6th teaspoon nutmeg as a substitute. Great way to use the plethora of jackfruit that I have.
