My today’s post is a creamy Paneer curry which I made for someone whom I adore and whose kind words and warmth always bring a smile on my face. She’s a mother of two adorable daughters and still manages her professional life and family life smoothly. She’s also a wonderful food blogger with a lovely collection of recipes. Yes, I’m talking about Rafeeda who blogs at Big Sweet Tooth. I often stop by her space especially to check out the baked goodies, delicious desserts and wonderful side-dishes. She is one of the kindest people I have interacted with in this blogging world and I can proudly count her as my friend. Once a month, she invites her blogging friends to share a dish with her readers which is part of her “Be my Guest” series. This month I got the opportunity to share something about myself and a simple Paneer curry with her readers.
I was wondering what to cook and share on her space as she already has a huge database of recipes and finally decided to cook Malai Methi Paneer. This curry is made with cottage cheese, blend of spices and cream. “Malai” means cream, “Methi” is fenugreek leaves and thats how this curry got its name. Sounds interesting?
