I love the street food from Bombay or what they call it Mumbai now. Nothing can beat the taste of those sev puri, vada pav etc. One of my favorite is Bombay Sandwich. I love the way they add coriander chutney to it and make a simple sandwich so delicious. I have shared a recipe to make Hari chutney earlier. Click Here for Hari chutney recipe.
I made these sandwiches for breakfast today and it is quite easy to prepare them if you keep the chopped vegetables and chutney ready for use. I usually chop the vegetable previous night and refrigerate. You can even prepare the chutney previous day. Boiled potato slices are also added in these sandwiches but I have avoided it.
I have not removed the edges as I have grilled it. You can remove the edges if you want to serve it without toasting or grilling it. I have used whole wheat bread but you can use any bread of your choice. So, sharing the recipe and hope you all try it out and enjoy!
