Masala Peanut Recipe
Make some crispy, fried masala peanuts and enjoy with your family and friends. They are addictive snack and you just can't stop eating them!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw peanuts
- 1/2 cup Chickpeas flour / besan
- 1/4 cup Rice flour
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
Instructions

Clean raw peanuts in water and drain the water.

In a large mixing bowl, add peanuts, besan, rice flour, turmeric powder, salt to taste, red chilli powder, asafoetida, chaat masala, salt and mix it well.

Now add 2 tbsp of water and mix it well till peanuts are coated nicely. You can more water if you feel that flour is not coating on peanuts.

Heat oil in a frying pan. You can check by dropping a single peanut in the hot oil and if it immediately comes on top, oil is ready.

Deep fry peants on medium flame till they turn golden brown. Remove them from oil and transfer to an absorbent paper.

Once it completely cools down, you can store it in an airtight container.
