These Eggless Dark Chocolate brownies are for a very special occasion. Yes, I’m talking about my wedding anniversary which we celebrate every year now. The journey started with an email and now it has been a happy years of togetherness..
My family often asks what was so special in that email which Shiva wrote to me that I feel in love with him. It was no fancy email but it was straight from his heart with his class of humour. I have shared my most memorable moments with my hubby and I’m surely lucky to have someone like him in my life.
He’s my friend, guardian and I can proudly say I’m a successful woman as I’m a happy wife and a mother of an adorable boy. Chocolate is something which is always relished by my family. So, I finally decided to make these brownies and I must tell you that they are really hard to resist. The original recipe had walnuts as an ingredient but I replaced them with chocolate chips and raisins and it turned out more delicious. These Eggless Dark Chocolate Brownies are delicious, fudgy and loaded with chocolate. It is easy to prepare and perfect for chocolate lovers. As you can see, I have already enjoyed a piece of these brownies. Obviously, who can resist a double dose of chocolate 🙂 :)..

The top of my brownies is a bit hard.. What should I do? Otherwise the taste is awesome.

Your oven coils might be heating fast or you over baked. Try baking for a lesser time. Brownies do not need much mixing. So, do not beat the batter for long.

I browsed many recipes but I went for yours since I loved the look of your brownies. They are such a perfect colour and look so perfectly baked. However I made a little alteration, I reduced the flour and added some cocoa powder. I also added some walnuts and chocolate chips. Turned out just awesome. My last few brownies had fallen from the middle, for no apparent reason. Your recipe was perfect. Thank you so much.
