I have used pure and natural Idhayam Mantra groundnut oil for deep frying kodbale. The high smoking point of Idhayam Mantra groundnut oil makes it ideal for deep frying, tadka etc. I regularly use it and love the way food tastes even more delicious with it.
You can also try these Mangalorean buns from my blog and serve as snack or breakfast. So, check out the detailed recipe and make Mosaru Kodbale for snacking.
