Hope is such a powerful word. We are either so hopeful or completely hopeless depending on life circumstances. It is definitely a very strong emotion. So, how do we get into this habit of using “HOPE” more optimistically? So, here I’m again writing about human emotions and contemplating with hope today.

The feeling of hope is a sign of positivity and it takes practice to imbibe it in your system. It took me a while to understand that hope is my dear friend. Hope is my guard.

It takes a lot of practice to cultivate positivity in oneself. It’s not easy and then there are those days when our own mind’s demon plays games and pushes us towards negativity. Here are some quick and easy ways which help me to stay hopeful and positive in life:

Using positive words: We often underestimate the power of words. Once we start using positive words with others even in a negative situation, things become easier to handle. A simple email to a client or a friend starting with a line, “hope you’re doing well” shows your positive and caring attitude.

Exercise: We all know that exercising is good for health. It also helps us to stay positive in life. Exercise releases those natural endorphins in our brains and drives us towards positivity. Exercise could be in any form. Time to hit the gym especially if you are feeling low. You can even play some sports or take out your dancing shoes. You can even go for that yoga or meditation class. Exercise is not just for losing weight. It is for keeping your mind stable too.

Focus on solutions: The first step towards being hopeful is to find a solution for the problem. We often focus on the problems and end up losing our sleep over it.

Hope is definitely with you. Let that optimism stay with you…

Love,

Priya Shiva

Honestly, I guess such posts should be published more and more due to the present circumstance and modern needs
of the Millenials. I eagerly read them to find some fresh information that will correspond to your own requirements.
