Human And Emotions – Anniversary

It’s my blog anniversary and it got me all feeling nostalgic. Six years of writing and it has definitely been an amazing journey. What started with food has led me to being an author writing romance and poetry. Well, it was something which was bound to happen as the damage happened long back. I meant to the damage to my brain. I’m a romantic and quite hopeful too. Hope and love led me to where I am today.

It’s quite strange how human anatomy works when we fall in love. Brain is the most powerful organ until we fall in love. Then every organ in our body becomes powerful when it wants to and how it wants to. No one even warns you about it! Have you ever heard a parent say to a child that don’t go fall in love because your own organs will create a chaos?

It starts with your heart racing for someone you barely know! It leads to some sleepless nights. How do these sleepless nights even start? It might be because you decide to dream about her/him happily or it could be because of the heartache when you find out that they are in love with someone else. Obviously, you start losing your senses. So, to recoup yourself from the sleepless night, you decide to hear some soulful music. Damn! Your friend would have warned you to just get drunk and sleep over it but somehow you listen to ‘Atif’ or ‘Jagjit Singh’ songs and double your misery. Even those tissues cannot wipe away the damage you do it to yourself!

When you finally regain some consciousness and you realize it’s all infatuation, your hormones get into work. You might have just encountered another heart racing and heavy breathing minutes seeing someone new. Now that you already experienced some emotions, your thinking becomes even more vivid. You might even be telling yourself that it’s your physical need that needs fulfillment. What you deal with could be multiple personality disorder which at one point of time might even make a comparison of sex to food as the pleasure is the swne. You indulge in chocolates with all oohs and aahs. The only result is some weight gain and that toin the wrong places!

So, what’s the moral of the story? Do we stop falling in love? As if we have any control over it! There is damage in love but the recovery path is even more beautiful as love will finally conquer you and one day you will be eating the chocolate with someone, not alone! You will surely buy chocolates to share with your family and friends too as it’s your anniversary..

So, until I ponder over some other human emotion, check out my debut book – Ballad of Love and Longing. Click here to order a copy now! Do share your feedback and stay hopeful in love…

Love,

Priya

From a spiritual context, love is that force that opens up your heart chakra. It will keep breaking you unless you start seeing your real powers (provided you were in LOVE or gave a part of you seriously). It burns through all the conditioning that you were trapped onto. You are right, there is damage in love. It is because all that you were not, is peeled off and then you regenerate once the ego is gone. People who have not loved have not found themselves.
