Potato sandwich is a simple and scrumptious breakfast option which can be made with some mashed potatoes. Somehow I love potatoes in any form. I’m sure its already obvious by seeing so many recipes using potatoes :).. I was thinking what to make for breakfast when I saw some potatoes in my pantry. Making mashed potatoes can take a while, especially if you have to mash them yourself. You could think about buying some potatoes that are already mashed, or you could look around to find the best cheap potato masher. One of my friends told me about potato mashing devices, they do help to save time and to ensure that there are no lumps in your sandwich. My family always loves these Vegan potato sandwiches, so it’s good that they can now be made much easier.
