Add 1 tsp ghee in frying pan and toss cashews and almonds for a minute and keep it aside in a bowl for garnishing.
Add 1 tsp ghee in frying pan and toss lotus seeds for a minute and crush it lightly with ladle. Keep it aside in a separate bowl.
Add milk in pan and when it starts boiling, add lotus seeds and mix it well. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.
Now add condensed milk and let it cook for few minutes. Add cardamom powder & transfer the content in a serving bowl. Garnish it with cashews and almonds.
You can also add 1/4 cup of sugar in place of condensed milk.
