Chakka Pradhaman Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chakka Varatti - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut Milk -1 + 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Coconut pieces - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Cashew nuts - 12
  • Green Cardamom - 2 powdered
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp melted

Instructions

  1. Blend Chakka varatti with 1/2 cup of coconut milk until smooth.

  2. Heat ghee in a sauce pan and fry cashew nuts and chopped coconut pieces on low flame till it turns light golden brown.

  3. Add chakka varatti and remaining coconut milk and mix well.

  4. Lower the flame and cook till it thickens. Keep stirring.

  5. Remove from flame and add cardamom powder and mix well.

  6. Serve it warm and enjoy for any special ocassion.
