Add besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Add water little by little and make a batter for the pakoras. The batter should of pouring consistency but not be too runny.
Dip triangles into the batter and coat it evenly with the batter from all sides. Slide them carefully in hot oil and deep fry them. Remove from the pan and drain the excess oil.
