Idli Dahi Chaat

Ingredients

  • 4 Idli chopped into equal pieces
  • 1 cup Dahi/ yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 cup Sev
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt in a bowl and beat it nicely. Add salt, chaat masala and mix it well.
  2. Take a serving bowl, add chopped idlis and top it with yogurt.
  3. Add some pomogrante seeds, sev and sweet tamarind chutney.
  4. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
