Paneer Bhurji Sandwich

make some delicious sandwiches for breakfast with cottage cheese filling!

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat bread slices - 4
  • Paneer Bhurji - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Spread butter lightly on the bread slices. Take a slice of bread and spread the filling on it and keep another slice above it.
  2. Now smear some butter on top of sandwich and grill it or toast it.
  3. Serve it hot with some tomato ketchup and enjoy for breakfast.
