Grilled Bombay Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6 Bread Slices I have used whole wheat bread
  • 1 Cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 tsp Hari chutney
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Take first slice of bread and spread hari chutney lightly on one side. Now place sliced cucumber, tomato, onions on it and sprinkle some salt and pepper on it.
  2. Take second slice of bread and spread some butter on both sides. Place on top of first slice and again place some cucumber, tomatoes and onion on top of it. sprinkle some salt and pepper.
  3. Take third slice of bread and spread some hari chutney on it and place it on the top.
  4. Grill it and serve it with some tomato ketchup.
