Clean and soak rice for 1 hour. Grind it with some water to make a smooth batter.
Heat a heavy bottom pan on low flame and add this rice batter in it.
Add a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp Sesame oil and stir continuously till it combines and forms a dough. Let it cool down.
Grease your hand with sesame oil and knead the dough. Pinch the dough and start making small balls out of it.
Heat a frying pan and add 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Finally add the steamed balls and mix well. Remove from the flame and serve.
