Eggless Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate grated - 1/2 cup (100 gm )
  • All purpose flour/maida - 1+1/3 cup
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Butter - 3/4 cup 130 gm
  • Castor sugar - 1 cup + 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Raisins - 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/ 350°F.
  2. Grease an eight-inch square cake tin.
  3. Sift flour and baking powder together and set aside.
  4. Combine chocolate and butter in a large microwave bowl and soften for a minute in Microwave. Mix it well till its creamy.
  5. Add in sugar and vanilla essence and blend well.
  6. Now add the sifted flour, milk and mix well.
  7. In the end, add raisins and chocolate chips and give a quick stir.
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  9. Place on a wire rack to cool. Cut into squares and serve.
