Green Chutney / Hari Chutney for chaat

Easy method to make some hari chutney for snacks!

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves - 1/2 cups
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 1 cup
  • Roasted gram - 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies - 2 chopped
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Rock salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Clean mint and coriander leaves.
  2. Add all ingredients in you blender with little water and blitz it until smooth.

  3. Enjoy this chutney with any snack of your choice.

Recipe Notes

You can also add few garlic cloves while grinding chutney.
